The term "Waiting periods" in this section deal with the time that the court requires must pass from the time the divorce is filed, and the time that the Judge signs your divorce decree.

You are required by law to wait ninety (90) days after filing your Complaint in Divorce before filing the final documents with the Court to complete your divorce.  The divorce is usually finalized shortly after the 90 day waiting period.
