The term "Waiting periods" in this section deal with the time that the court requires must pass from the time the divorce is filed, and the time that the Judge signs your divorce decree.

No Complaint for Divorce or separation shall be heard by the Court until after the expiration of sixty (60) days after the filing of the petition, unless sooner ordered by the Court.

No decree for a divorce shall become final and operative until three (3) months after the trial and decision
